Run It Out, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SpreeTime mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our app.

  • Search radius preference for nearby recommendations

User-Generated Content

  • Lists you create (names, privacy settings)

  • Items you save (titles, categories, ratings, reviews, notes, links, addresses, images)

  • Priority and status settings for your items

Collaboration Data

  • Email addresses or phone numbers of people you invite to shared lists

  • Shared list membership and roles (owner, editor, viewer)

Subscription Information

  • Subscription plan type (free or premium)

Automatically Collected

  • Device type and operating system

  • App usage patterns and feature interactions

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and maintain the app, including account authentication

  • Enable list creation, item tracking, and sharing features

3. AI-Powered Features

SpreeTime uses AI to provide personalized recommendations based on your saved items, ratings, and preferences. This processing happens to enhance your experience and help you discover new things you may enjoy. We do not sell or share your content with third-party AI providers for their own purposes.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in these limited circumstances:

  • With other users: When you share a list, collaborators can see list items and your display name

  • Service providers: We use third-party services for authentication (Google, Apple), hosting, and analytics that may process data on our behalf

  • Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority

  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers and on your device using local storage. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal obligations.

You have the right to:

  • Access, update, or correct your profile information at any time

  • Delete your account and associated data

  • Opt out of AI-powered recommendations (by downgrading to the free plan)

  • Control list sharing and collaboration settings

  • Request a copy of your personal data

8. Children's Privacy

SpreeTime is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

9. Third-Party Services

Our app integrates with third-party authentication providers (Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In). These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We only receive the information described in Section 1 from these providers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the effective date. Your continued use of SpreeTime after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
